Territory Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Western Cape, South Africa.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, exceeding sales targets and objectives by building strong customer relationships and closing deals within targeted accounts.

  • You will work closely with distributors, focusing on business development support, conducting trade activities independently and together with the team.
  • Maintaining high-level executive contact with key accounts, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in sales or business and at least 10 years of B2B field sales experience. You will be a motivated, customer-oriented personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • You should be enthusiastic about technical products, have good general technical understanding and industry knowledge in oil & gas or EPC sectors.
  • A strong communicator, able to retain customers in the long term and build relationships at management level.
  • Very good English language skills; Afrikaans language skills are also beneficial.
