Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge and Customer Service: Provide in-depth knowledge of our new vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying buying experience.
- Test Drives and Sales: Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase the performance and capabilities of our vehicles, and negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sale of a new vehicle, including contracts and financing agreements.
- Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and sales skills, knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CRM Software and Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
