Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices to enhance social media performance. Communicate with operations, regional and club managers to develop a close relationship and understanding of the various club's social media requirements.
  2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content tailored to each platform for the clubs. Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts and captions for all clubs. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce multimedia content.
  3. Community and Club Management: Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews from club members/players in a timely and professional manner. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role. Strong portfolio of past campaigns or content.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
