The Smollan Group is seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to drive the adoption of our innovative Castrol FastScan App among independent and non-independent automotive service workshops.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Mechanic Engagement and App Registration: Visit designated workshops within assigned territories, register mechanics on the app during visits, provide training on usage, and gather feedback.
  2. Data Collection and Reporting: Accurately collect and input required data points via the internal app, submit daily updates on registrations and KPIs.
  3. Promotional Activities: Distribute promotional materials, represent the Castrol brand professionally, and ensure a strong presence in the field.
  4. Logistics and Preparedness: Utilize provided uniforms and equipment, address app installation challenges, and ensure timely visits in line with targets.
  5. Collaboration: Attend meetings for progress reviews, participate in training sessions to understand app functionality and sales techniques.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Total Mechanic Downloads: 4000 registrations in 3 months
  2. Daily Target: 6 mechanic registrations per day per field marketer
