Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-functional expertise and drive business results.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong problem-solving skillset and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
