As part of the development of our activity South Africa, we are looking for a dynamic sales professional - for our new branch in Cape Town.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will join our sales team for individuals and play a crucial role in the development of this new distribution channel through the sedentary realization (telephone) of the following missions:
  • You will follow up on incoming leads assigned to you: presentation of vehicles, recommendations, reminders, follow-up of financing files;
  • You will deploy a commercial speech allowing to present our vehicles effectively and in a relevant way;
  • You will manage our entire commercial approach (negotiation, signature, sale of complementary products, etc.) until the order is taken;
  • You will participate in the growth of a new sales channel that digitizes the distribution of used vehicles.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • A sense of organization and rigor;
  • Mastery of office tools (G Suite in particular);
  • Dynamism, proactivity, and curiosity with great open-mindedness;
  • Autonomy does not scare you;
  • Experience in the automotive industry beneficial;
  • Must have a valid driver's license;
  • Essential to be well-versed with CRM tools and reporting thereof;
  • Strong customer/service orientation and excellent commercial negotiation skills;
  • You know how to reassure your interlocutor, convince, and close sales;
  • You like the challenge, to surpass yourself, and do not visualize objectives as a course to be reached but to be exceeded;
  • You have undeniable interpersonal skills on the phone, an appetite for the automotive sector with a start-up mindset;
  • You dream of a company that will allow you to evolve according to your results and a remuneration rewarding your performance (fixed salary + uncapped variable).
Compensation Package:

We offer a fixed salary supplemented by variable compensation that rewards your performance. Estimated annual salary range: R800 000 - R1 200 000 depending on qualifications and experience.
