Job Title: Motors Sales Professional

We are Astor Automotive Recruitment, and we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Motors Sales Professional to join our team in the Western Cape.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by selling parts to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts to customers and achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in parts sales in a franchised motor dealership (preferably in multi-brands)
  • Working knowledge of Drive, CDK, IAL, or similar motor industry DMS
  • A solid client base and strong networking skills
  • A stable working history and reliable references

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, based on experience
