At Rubicon Industrial Technology, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration and electrical systems, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field. As an Industrial Automation Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, installing and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and growing sales within the Services Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete service reports and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Coordinate field service activities with customers and sales personnel.
  • Installation, service, and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning, and associated tasks.
  • Provide telephonic technical support to customers.
  • Promote Service Contracts through customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
  • Refrigeration qualification preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of refrigeration products.
  • Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting.
