Industrial Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team at Rubicon Industrial Technology.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, overseeing installations and repairs, and growing sales within the Services Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service reports and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate field service activities with customers and sales personnel.
• Installation, service, and repair of refrigeration air conditioning systems and associated tasks.
• Provide telephonic technical support to customers.
• Promote Service Contracts through customer interactions and communication.
• Identify sales opportunities within customers' plants.
• Grow sales and revenue for the Services Department (SLAs, once-off services, parts, and accessories).
• Process in-house evaluations and repairs of units returned by customers.
• Coordinate and work well with Service Partners.

Requirements:

• Maintenance of a valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Refrigeration qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration products is required.
• Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting.
• Previous field service experience preferred.
