We are seeking a seasoned External Sales Consultant to join our team at Unique Personnel. As a Customer Acquisition and Retention Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop targeted sales strategies to drive growth.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in external sales, specifically in the manufacturing sector.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A high level of motivation and ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing process and its potential applications.
