Compensation and Benefits Administrator

At Catch Recruit, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our compensation and benefits programs.

We estimate that the salary for this role is around R180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding of new employees, including capturing their details and ensuring accuracy of ID and banking information;
- Background and criminal screening of new employees;
- Compiling bimonthly spreadsheets with employee IDs and relevant information for consultant review;
- Ensuring timely receipt of background screening results;
- Processing invoices from consultants and distributing them to the Finance Department for payment;
- Applying for Income Tax Numbers on SARS e-Filling for new employees who are not already registered;
- Drafting and processing documentation for staff loans and advances, and expediting payment of same;
- Loading staff loans and advances onto People300 payroll system for processing;
- Providing access to employees who have signed up for Paycurve;
- Requesting monthly deduction schedules to process Paycurve deductions on Payroll;
- Requesting and distributing monthly Paycurve invoices to each Finance department for settlement;
- Processing petty cash requests as needed;
- Updating employee details and resolving employee payroll issues assigned to you via the Group Payroll Jira Ticketing System;
- Preparing monthly Referral Fees spreadsheet and sending it to Head of Recruitment for approval;
- Processing Referral Fees once probation periods have passed;
- Exporting Payroll and Data Reports as requested;
- Additional responsibilities include processing leave applications, linking new employees to ESS, managing access to Sage People300, providing pay slips, and liaising with Times 3 Technologies.
Salary: Around R180,000 per annum.
