**Job Overview:**

Tower Group is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution. As an ICT Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ICT industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development. They will also be an ambassador for the company, fostering brand awareness and showcasing our capabilities within the ICT/ISP sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing sales strategies for assigned portfolio segments, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

- Maintaining strong C-level relationships with clients, providing consultation, support and guidance.

- Working collaboratively within the sales team, providing mentorship and support to junior associates as needed.

- Supporting client on-boarding from the sales cycle to technical hand over, ensuring knowledge transfer on accounts between teams.

- Building and mentoring the relationship with key partners and customers across regions.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire client portfolio and actively identifying new opportunities.

- Strong technical and industry knowledge to provide consistent messaging to clients.

- Researching new products to meet the needs of the client and the corresponding 'Go-to-Market' strategy.

- Maintaining a portfolio P&L with a drive toward profitability (margin and top line growth) and renegotiating customer contracts to ensure profitability.

- Gaining a thorough understanding of the client's business and identifying areas of opportunity for providing value-added business solutions.

- Quarterly travel required.

- Performing quarterly reviews for all clients.

- Monitoring industry and company news to determine future trends as well as managing reporting to gauge account health.

- Ensuring complete and accurate information is entered into Pipeline.

- Strategizing with Customer Teams for analysis and delivery of Business Value Assessments to provide client strategy and value.

- Maintaining a mid-level relationship with customers and providing consultation, support, and guidance.

- Working both individually and as part of a team where appropriate.

- Fulfilling any training and/or examination requirements as per the Company's skills and certification matrix.

- Being willing to carry out or assist with such tasks as may be required to achieve deliverables, or as reasonably requested by a member of the company.

- Regularly familiarizing yourself with the company's portfolio of Products and Services, Customers, Suppliers, and internal Procedures.

- Being always a professional and courteous representative for the company.
