We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Clerk to join our team at Complement Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtors, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Issuing month-end statements to customers and resolving any queries that may arise
- Mailing invoices to customers and closing domestic sales after receiving proof of delivery
- Initiating and conducting fortnightly meetings to discuss overdue receivables with domestic marketing
- Entering all domestic receipts from customers and allocating funds received to individual invoices
- Maintaining adequate credit risk insurance for all domestic sales and liaising with the insurer as necessary
- Degree or diploma in a finance-related field
- Experience in financial, administrative, and clerical services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
