Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and building relationships.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of Omega HR Solutions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with our internal teams.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a sales consultant, preferably in Educational Technology or software sales.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; the ability to build rapport quickly.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
An ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Strategic thinking with a strong focus on results.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English - Speak, understand, and write.
Some understanding of Afrikaans, Zulu, or Xhosa will be advantageous.
- Negotiable: Basic plus Commission.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
