The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Hospital HR Manager by coordinating, administering and processing accurate and complete HR related information. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruitment process and other HR administration functions to achieve error free HR processes in support of Business Capital Group strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Hospital HR Manager in coordinating, administering and processing HR related information.
2. Support the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
3. Maintain accurate and complete HR records and databases.
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
