Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key clients for networking solutions by providing tailored advice and expert guidance.
  • BUILD and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and ensure smooth service delivery, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to remain competitive in the market.
  • Create and present persuasive sales proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in Networking products, services, and related technology solutions—specifically Huawei and Cisco.
  • Strong expertise in Networking technologies, services, and IT infrastructure, with a solid understanding of the latest advancements.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects, with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a results-driven approach, focused on delivering high-quality results and driving business success.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
