Oasis Crescent is seeking an experienced Digital Communications Specialist to craft compelling content for our customers. As a specialist in this role, you will create content across various channels to engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging content for press releases, articles, and newsletters.
  • Develop and manage content for corporate communications, including internal memos, speeches, and reports.
  • Write and edit content for brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with the PR team to create media kits and other press materials.
  • Align all traditional communication materials with the company's brand identity.

Digital Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Optimize articles, product descriptions, and landing page copy for search engines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns by generating creative content ideas.
  • Analyse the performance of digital content and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content writing for traditional and digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and mediums.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience within the financial services industry would be advantageous.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Graphic design experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video content creation and editing skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
