Job Description
As a Gaming Support Specialist, you will:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online chats.
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
- Update databases with relevant information.
- Complete tasks assigned during shifts.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND CROSS-SELL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- Solve problems encountered during shifts.
- Take full responsibility for handling customer-related queries.
- Manage time effectively and adhere to schedules.
- Perform extra tasks given by managers/shift supervisors as required.

Requirements
