We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd. This exciting opportunity involves managing and growing our client base, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial or steel sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel products or industrial materials, with the ability to communicate technical product details effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in CRM systems being an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Estimated salary range: R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
