Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible steel solutions.
  • Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless delivery and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Ensure all administrative aspects of sales are up-to-date, including invoicing, delivery scheduling, and inventory management.
Requirements:
