About the Role

The Food and Beverage Manager will lead our Food and Beverage operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. This includes overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, from crafting memorable dining experiences to managing staff performance and ensuring that our high standards of quality, presentation, and service are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. They'll be integral in creating extraordinary dining moments that guests will remember long after they leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the Food and Beverage department
  • Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals
  • Ensure efficient operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Manage the daily running of the F&B department and ensure that Village N Life concepts, manuals, SOPs, and logs are always kept current
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or Equivalent
  • Accommodation Certificate or Hotel School diploma is advantageous
  • 3-5 years' previous experience in the same or similar position in a 4/5-star hotel
  • Familiar with all duties and procedures in the F&B Department
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email) is essential
  • Sound Opera experience
