About the Position

This is a live-in position with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience. As a senior leader in our hospitality team, you will be responsible for mentoring and training our staff to maintain a productive and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement innovative menus, train staff on new techniques, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  2. Staff Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of chefs, cooks, and support staff to achieve excellent service delivery and food quality.
  3. Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, meal planning, and menu engineering.
