We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Operations Specialist to join our team at Inospace.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client leads, streamlining administrative tasks, and driving client renewals. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and client-centred leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and updated records for all client leads, ensuring CRM data integrity.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and other metrics, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in preparing lease documentation, coordinating viewings, and ensuring client communication is clear and consistent.
  • Track and manage the lease renewal process, coordinating with clients to facilitate timely renewals and avoid disruptions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in real estate or leasing administration.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and client service.

The estimated salary for this position is R450,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
