Strategic Sales Leader

Network Recruitment is currently seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead sales initiatives and expand business development across Sub-Saharan Africa. This role requires frequent travel to engage with key clients and partners.
- Promote and sell company brands, products, and services in assigned territories, either directly or through local agents and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong communication with customers to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs, finalize designs, secure orders, and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with Service Operations to provide customer support, including equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Collaborate with Field Service Technicians to schedule site visits, plant audits, and equipment assessments.
- Strengthen relationships with customers and EPCs, focusing on long-term business growth.
Key Requirements:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- At least 15 years in a commercial role within the African Mining sector.
- Experience in industrial equipment sales highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Background in oil and gas, chemical, or industrial markets advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Power BI.
