Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH UK CLIENTS TO EXHIBIT THE VALUE OF SOUTH AFRICAN REMOTE TALENT
- DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES TO ATTRACT NEW BUSINESS AND MEET REVENUE TARGETS
- COLLATERAL ENGAGEMENT WITH INTERNAL TEAMS FOR SMOOTH CLIENT ONBOARDING
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- A minimum of 1 year in recruitment or solid understanding of recruitment principles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
