Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A grade 12 certificate and 5-10 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in computer software and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both languages.
  • A valid driver's license and own transportation are required for occasional business travel.
  • Presentation and professionalism are paramount, with a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Nonsmoking status is also essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits and a stimulating work environment.
