Administrative Coordinator for Legal Database

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team for a six-month project. As part of our ongoing effort to improve our legal database, we require a detail-oriented individual to ensure its accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating qualification details for England, Scotland, and Wales, as well as assigning correct qualification codes based on LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and law society records. The role involves working towards a target of 100 records per day, conducting basic research to verify legal career timelines post-qualification, and participating in weekly check-ins to track progress and resolve challenges.
A strong background in data entry, administration, or database management is essential for this position. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data are also crucial. Previous experience in the legal industry would be beneficial but is not necessary.
