Legal Secretary Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Coordinator to join our team at Edge Personnel. As a Document Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing and organising legal files and documents, both electronically and physically.
This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will work closely with attorneys to prepare and review documents, manage court dates, and perform various administrative tasks. If you have a passion for administration and a desire to work in a dynamic legal environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organise legal files and documents electronically and physically.
• Assist attorneys with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and phone correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Willingness to travel locally.
Requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans required).
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
