Business Development and Operations Lead

Job Masters Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service operations in Southern Africa.
About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and development while ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading customer service teams and implementing effective processes to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and participate in lead generation activities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence within the customer service team.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in customer service management in a multinational company.
- Proven leadership experience in generalist management roles in a multinational company.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, including DOH, COH, and Syspro.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
R 940 000 - R 1 300 000 per annum, inclusive of basic salary, car allowance, medical aid contribution, and provident fund.
