We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional with leadership experience to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing technical support, and driving sales through added value solutions.

About You
  • You hold a Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets.
  • You come from an electronic B2B space, with experience selling to multiple dealers/resellers.
  • You have an affinity for technical products and solutions.
  • You have experience in either Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, or ICT Distributors.
What We Offer

As a Senior Business Development Lead, you can expect a competitive salary range of R 250 000 to R 350 000 per annum, plus commission. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
