Business Growth Strategist

Milkor is seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our products and services to address or predict client objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring they are met.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings.
- Identify new markets and improve sales.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.
Requirements:
- Go above and beyond normal office hours, depending on workload and international time zones.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or other related fields (advantageous).
- Must be willing to travel internationally (have a valid passport).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability: immediate (advantageous).
- Must be well-presented at all times.
- Remuneration: market-related (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum).
- Show adequate IT efficiency.
- Contract period: permanent.
- Own reliable transport.
- Preferred age: 23-28.
