Job Description: Head of Compensation & Benefits

ABC Worldwide is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our rewards team. As a full-time position, this role is based in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rewards strategy and policy development, particularly in the BPO and call centre sectors. A robust background in data analysis and budgeting is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Policy Development: Design, maintain, and update compensation and benefits policies to ensure effective communication of these policies to employees.
  • Global Rewards Partnership: Collaborate with the Global Rewards team to develop monthly and quarterly dashboards and analysis of compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Financial Collaboration: Partner with the finance team on budgeting and pricing of jobs to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Data Management: Manage data processes as required by internal and external sources, including resolving data errors and partnering with HR shared services as necessary.
  • Compensation Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses of compensation data, and partner with HR Business Partners and management to review findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Essential Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits role, preferably within a BPO or call centre environment.
