Seeking a highly experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to lead our global function.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives and industry best practices, including benchmarking salary and benefits data and participating in industry surveys.
  • Benefits Design: Design and evaluate hiring ranges in partnership with Recruitment and HRBP, and oversee short- and long-term incentive plans, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, collaborating with Global Rewards on regular dashboards and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships within a global setting, leveraging experience in ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry background.
