About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Digital Gaming Corp. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support for company computer hardware, mobile devices, and applications used by staff in the office and remotely.

Your responsibilities will include configuring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all company hardware, deploying and supporting Windows operating systems and applications, and maintaining office networking infrastructure.

You will work collaboratively with the network engineer and system administrators to ensure seamless integration of desktop computers with diverse systems, including validation systems, VPN services, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all company hardware.
  • Deploying and supporting Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Maintaining office networking infrastructure.
  • Supporting mobile devices with email, MS Teams, and Multi-Factor Authentication and SSPR procedures.
  • Providing fast, accurate problem solving through the central service desk and escalating incidents to the right departments when needed.
Requirements
  • Matric, A+ qualification (Advantageous: MD-100, MD-101 or N+).
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Commitment to company values.
  • High level of integrity and ethical behaviour.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to make logical and analytical decisions in a timely manner.
