Senior Program Manager for Global Operations

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives significant global initiatives? The Program Manager's mission is to enhance our Selection Strategy across the region, collaborating closely with compliance, category management, technology, and product teams to create an online marketplace where customers can explore and purchase a vast array of products.

We are in search of a Senior Program Manager who will take full ownership of the inventory transfer processes from various locales to our emerging markets. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategies aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction, enhancing automation, and promoting scalability.

This role demands an individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, challenging, and often ambiguous environment. Furthermore, as this position requires interaction with numerous stakeholders globally in a rapidly evolving landscape, we seek someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a strong sense of ownership, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving results.

In this capacity, you will embody the spirit of entrepreneurship, managing all facets of your business operations daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within internal teams and cross-functional groups to present compelling solutions that fulfill and surpass customer expectations.
  • Support internal partners in driving change, eliminating obstacles, and finalizing business agreements.
  • Design and implement scalable methodologies to enhance business performance metrics.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our global inventory transfer products, assisting internal stakeholders in developing requirements and creating products that facilitate expanded selection for international customers.
  • Evaluate new product launches and provide adaptable solutions capable of scaling across diverse business models and regulatory environments.
  • Continuously assess processes to enhance customer experience and overall business performance.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale program strategies from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and direction with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements.
  • Background in account management, project or program management, operations, or procurement.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to identify and drive enhancements.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, overseeing delivery, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the retail sector.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access or SQL.
