Senior Program Manager for Global Operations

Are you ready to drive significant change on a global scale? The role of the Program Manager is pivotal in steering our Selection Strategy across the region. This position requires close collaboration with compliance, category management, technology, and product teams to create an online shopping experience where customers can easily discover and purchase a vast array of products.

We are in search of a Senior Program Manager who will take full ownership of the inventory transfer processes from various locales to emerging markets. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline automation, and promote scalability.

This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, as you will be working with diverse teams across the globe.

As a key player in this role, you will embody the spirit of entrepreneurship, managing all facets of your business operations daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers among internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Support internal partners in driving transformation, eliminating obstacles, and closing business opportunities.
  • Design and implement scalable methodologies aimed at enhancing business performance metrics.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global inventory transfer products, assisting internal teams in developing requirements and creating products that expand selection for international customers.
  • Evaluate new product launches and devise flexible solutions that can scale across various business models and regulatory environments.
  • Conduct continuous audits to enhance customer experience and overall business performance.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale program strategies from inception to completion.
  • Ability to drive alignment and direction with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements.
  • Background in account management, project or program management, operations, or procurement.
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to inform and drive enhancements.
  • Proven track record in owning program strategy, overseeing delivery, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the retail sector.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access or SQL.
