About You:
- You possess a Grade 12 qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You hold an NQF Level 4 Full Short-Term Insurance Qualification and have successfully completed the Regulatory Examination (RE5) for Representatives.
- You have obtained DOFA confirmation from FSCA and undergone fit and proper product-specific training.
- You bring 6-7 years of relevant experience in short-term insurance, with at least 4 years of personal underwriting experience and 4 years of commercial underwriting experience.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You possess a high level of motivation, resilience, and adaptability, with a strong work ethic.
