About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in an Omnichannel environment, servicing customers in English. You will work with a fast-growing next-generation brand in the travel industry, providing travel customer services across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in an Omnichannel environment
- Work with a fast-growing next-generation brand in the travel industry
- Service customers in English
- Work with a team of highly skilled trainers to provide thorough and rewarding training
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Industry
- GDS Experience Mandatory
- Airline & Ticketing experience Mandatory
- Fare rules including updates/voiding, etc
- Extensive knowledge of the industry and ability to deal with multiple codes and fares
- Flexi shifts operating within a 24 x 7 working environment
- Competitive hourly rate based on productive hours delivered
- SAFE and FREE transport to your home after shift
