  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Integrate with diverse stakeholders, facilitating engagement and communication across multiple groups.
    • Build professional relationships through regular communication and feedback with stakeholders, using quality metrics and project status reports.
  • Project Delivery
    • Ensure accurate cost estimation and budget management within project scope.
    • Deliver projects on target, within due date, budget, and according to scope and project governance.
    • Manage project priorities effectively, ensuring dependencies are catered for according to the project scope.
  • Change Management
    • Identify project stakeholders, communicate their roles, and define their level of participation in the project.
    • Map stakeholder communication needs and engagement strategies throughout the project plan.
  • Leadership
    • Line manager role for Project Manager/Scrum Masters, providing guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years' experience in a project environment, with 3-5 years working on medium to high complexity projects.
  • 2 years' experience in a line management role.
Qualifications
  • Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
  • Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree.
Certifications
  • PMP or Prince certification.
  • Programme Management certification (PGMP).
