Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Data Centrix. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage ongoing projects, directing personnel, resources, and activities to complete tasks.
  • Understand the principles of the Portfolio, Programme, and Project functions and processes being assured.
  • Adapt Quality Assurance throughout the engagement life cycle, identifying actions and tasks required at specific points.
  • Manage stakeholders, understanding their principles, goals, and responsibilities, and developing a Stakeholder Management Plan.
  • Develop and maintain a Business Case document, understanding its structure, content, and impact on the project.
  • Manage information, tailoring it to meet diverse needs, and ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage scope, understanding its purpose, content, and overall procedure.
  • Develop and implement a Benefits Management plan, understanding the relationships between outputs, outcomes, and benefits.
  • Manage schedules, understanding the purpose and content of schedule documentation, including time and resource schedules.
  • Manage finances, understanding the principles and goals of Financial Management, and ensuring the project's financial stability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, developing a Risk Management Plan and Risk Register.
  • Ensure changes are embedded in business as usual, managing change navigation and resource management.
  • Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs, and estimating and operating contingency and management reserves.
  • Manage vendors, understanding triggers and escalation paths for vendor issues.
  • Understand the principles and goals of Funding and Investment Appraisal, maintaining and updating the Investment Appraisal.
