Administration and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration and Compliance Manager to join our team at RMG Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Quality Management System, overseeing OHS, and assisting with debtors and creditors.
Key Accountabilities:
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Development and implementation of effective work instructions and procedures
- Debtors and creditors management, including timely payments and resolutions
- Administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
- Maintenance of accurate records and reports
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- ISO 9001:2015 qualification and OHS certificate
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in debtors and creditors management, preferably with accounting certification
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Syspro experience an advantage
What We Offer:
- A salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location
