We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Administration and Human Resource Officer at Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC. The estimated salary for this position is R280,000 - R320,000 per annum.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Administration and Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, overseeing human resources duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Administrative Functions:
    1. Ensure the office is well-organized and running efficiently.
    2. Arrange travel and logistics for employees as needed.
    3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    4. Manage procurement and budgeting processes.
    5. E nsure a safe working environment.
  2. Oversee Human Resources Duties:
    1. Co ordinate the recruitment process and onboarding new employees.
    2. Provide HR support and maintain positive employee relations.
    3. Develop and implement training programs.
    4. Conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
    5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    6. Manage payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration and human resources, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
