Talent Scout Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team. Based in Gqeberha, this role will involve handling policy management, client support, and office administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance administration, policy servicing, or client support roles within the insurance or finance sector. Matric + additional certifications in insurance or customer service are an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing insurance policy applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Maintaining accurate client and policy records in the system
  • Liaising with insurance providers to obtain quotes, update policies, and address queries
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing policy-related inquiries
  • Preparing and sending policy documentation and statements to clients
  • Coordinating with brokers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Assisting with claims processing, including documentation submission and client updates
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, reporting, and data entry
  • Identifying ways to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction

Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
