Key Responsibilities
Internal Operations
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational goals and pivotal projects to customize change management strategies effectively.
  • Craft and execute change management plans, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and project aims.
  • Evaluate feedback, provide analytical insights, and recommend enhancements to improve change acceptance and process innovation.
  • Utilize change management methodologies and tools to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of change initiatives.
  • Develop and manage communication strategies related to change, ensuring transparency and consistency.
  • Conduct assessments of impact, evaluate readiness for change, and identify key stakeholders for informed change planning.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs, support systems, and communication materials to promote change acceptance.
  • Identify and address risks linked to change initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to manage resistance and cultivate a positive environment for change.
  • Coordinate efforts across all aspects of change management, including communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management.
  • Support leadership in fostering readiness and commitment to change.
  • Advise on the integration of change management activities into project plans.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, serving as the primary contact for change-related inquiries.
Client Relations
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on managing and executing change.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the creation and monitoring of service level agreements, ensuring they meet client expectations.
  • Encourage service practices that enhance client satisfaction and promote innovation.
Team Development
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Actively engage in and support change initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to remain informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by sharing new ideas and methodologies.
Financial Oversight
  • Participate in financial planning and identify opportunities for enhancing cost efficiency.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of company assets.
  • Contribute to risk identification and provide recommendations in relevant forums.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a change management capacity.
  • Experience in aligning change initiatives with business strategy, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Non-Negotiables: Must hold Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification.
