Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Change Management and Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of organizational transformation initiatives and communication strategies across the operations area. This role is responsible for ensuring successful transitions during organizational changes, driving employee engagement, and maintaining clear and effective communication channels throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:Change Management:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support operations' transformation projects and initiatives.
  2. Assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders and develop targeted change management interventions to address potential challenges.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and HR to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.
  4. Monitor and report on change management effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Communications:
  1. Create and execute communication plans that effectively convey key messages related to organizational changes, strategic initiatives, and policy updates.
  2. Develop a variety of communication materials, including executive presentations, newsletters, campaigns, and internal briefings.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for internal communications, ensuring that messages are consistent, clear, and aligned with the operations' values and goals.
  4. Manage communication channels, including intranet platforms, digital tools to facilitate engagement and information dissemination.
  5. Event management of events that run across operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives and communication strategies.
  2. Facilitate workshops, town hall meetings, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concerns from employees.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support the successful implementation of change efforts.
  4. Drive leadership profiling, communications cadence, etc.
Team Leadership:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of change management and communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  2. Oversee the work of team members to ensure high-quality delivery of change management and communication activities.
Measurement and Reporting:
  1. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and communication efforts.
  2. Prepare and present reports on progress, outcomes, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
