  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements, adhering to relevant processes and procedures.
  • Conduct client reviews and market financial services solutions within our business offering.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned to our organizational values and service standards.
  • Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing our portfolio base and providing holistic advice and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., BCOM, NQFL 7)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., RE05)
