- Utilize change management frameworks and tools to facilitate the integration of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
- Engage with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives.
- Oversee communication strategies related to change, ensuring transparency and consistency.
- Conduct assessments of impact, evaluate readiness for change, and identify key stakeholders for informed planning.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programs, support mechanisms, and communication resources to aid in change acceptance.
- Recognize and address risks associated with change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to manage resistance and cultivate a supportive change atmosphere.
- Coordinate efforts across all aspects of change management, including communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management.
- Support leadership in fostering readiness and commitment to change.
- Guide the integration of change management activities into project frameworks.
- Track and report on change readiness and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and progress.
- Manage a portfolio of change initiatives, serving as the primary contact for change-related inquiries.
- Offer expert counsel and support to stakeholders on navigating and executing change.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation and oversight of service level agreements, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Encourage service practices that enhance client satisfaction and promote innovation.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Actively engage in and support change initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Pursue ongoing professional growth to remain informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing fresh ideas and methodologies.
- Participate in financial planning and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage resources judiciously, ensuring effective utilization of company assets.
- Assist in risk identification and provide recommendations in relevant forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci).
- 3-5 years of experience in a change management capacity.
- Experience in aligning change initiatives with business strategy, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Non-Negotiables: Must hold Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification.
