Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client's team in Bloemfontein. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration, handling debtor and client inquiries, managing counter sales, receiving and processing cash and payments from drivers, conducting daily cash-ups, and preparing bank deposits.

Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • Computer literacy
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Key Responsibilities
  • General administration and filing
  • Handling debtors' and client enquiries
  • Managing counter sales
  • Receiving and managing cash and payments from Drivers
  • Conducting daily cash ups
  • Preparing bank deposits
