Administrative Support Specialist

A reputable insurance company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the switchboard and reception duties.
- Handle general administration and office support tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing appointments.
- Provide PA support to senior management.
- Expand the Wills division of the business.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Intelligent with a willingness and ability to learn.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in reception or PA roles is an advantage.
