Job Description:

A reputable insurance company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the switchboard and reception duties.
  • Handle general administration and office support tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing appointments.
  • Provide PA support to senior management.
  • Expand the Wills division of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor.
  • Intelligent with a willingness and ability to learn.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in reception or PA roles is an advantage.
