We're seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our customer service team. You'll be responsible for ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient support, while also promoting our Clicks clubcard program to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • To direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale, ensuring seamless customer interactions and optimal store performance.
  • To manage stock effectively, implementing security measures and cash controls to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote customer loyalty and retention, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • To provide coaching and mentoring to shop assistants and cashiers, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant retail or business management qualification (essential).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service (desired).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and IR practices, as well as competency-based interviewing techniques (required).
